LibrarIN project at the NOVAGOB 2023 Congress

The University of Alcalá together with the City Council and the Community of Madrid are co-organisers of the 10th Congress of the Novagob Foundation (#Novagob2023), which took place on 7th and 8th November 2023 in the Nave de Madrid.

The opening session was attended by the Vice-Chancellor María Sarabia, together with other personalities including the Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez Almeida.

The University of Alcalá has been collaborating with the Novagob Foundation for several years in training and research activities, a public innovation laboratory and  in this  annual congress,  Professor and Innovation Coordinator Luis Rubalcaba presented the LibraIN project at this congress.

The NovaGob Congress celebrates its 10th anniversary. It is a commitment to values, technology and people to harness the full potential of public organisations. It is the result of collaborative action in the design of its programme – with contributions from the community through the virtual headquarters in the NovaGob social network. It is the driving force behind the debate on the challenges of the present and future of public administration. The Congress is based on the networked collaboration of people and public and private institutions that make up the public innovation community. This is undoubtedly the added value and richness of this great event. This congress has had more than 1,500 participants.
